Hotel Solar markets Fortified Solar’s American-made steel solar carports to U.S. hotels, with leases offset by unused room nights.
Do I pay cash for the lease?
The primary structure offsets the lease with traded room nights. Blended cash + rooms is possible if inventory is capped; the goal is 100% offset via rooms when feasible.
Is there a down payment?
Program materials specify zero down payment. If you don’t save money, you don’t pay anything.
What about maintenance?
Remote monitoring is included. Onsite repairs are coordinated by Fortified Solar; cleaning typically twice per year.
Steel vs glass?
Fortified uses 22-gauge steel BIPV roofs that are hail-tested and act as true cover—unlike many glass panel canopies.
Warranty?
Pitch materials state a 40-year warranty period for solar equipment and facilities.
