Conventional solar panels use glass surfaces that are prone to hail damage. Fortified Solar builds steel roof structures that are hail-tested for higher durability. As a structural element, solar roofs can handle snow load and fully shade vehicles—unlike many panel canopies that let water and sun through.

40-year steel warranty
Fortified Solar uses 22-gauge structured steel and offers a warranty period of 40 years for solar equipment and facilities (as stated in Hotel Solar pitch materials).
